Goodbye Monday! It sure was an eventful day for a baby. I started baby school today, daddy went back to work, and mommy can't stop drooling over her new dishwasher. School was great! There were alot of new faces and sounds, and my teacher said I did really well. Mom came to see me over her lunch, which I'm sure she will be doing for quite some time. My daily report card said I napped a few times, but I think that is something that they will have to work on with me as I was quite grumpy and exhausted when I got home. Overall, I think I can get used to this. Although no one will ever take the place of my daddy, those nice ladies aren't so bad. Plus, he looked so snazzy in his tie!
Over the weekend we had 3 inches of ice and 4 inches of snow. Mom & I spent some time watching it out of the back windows. I wasn't allowed to go play outside though until Sunday when it warmed up and started melting. So we stayed indoors and played games, napped, cleaned house, and enjoyed our little family. Those certainly are my favorite times.
The last picture is my aunties Carol & Annie and my Grammy G. It was taken when I was home a few weeks ago. I sure love this picture because a few minutes after it was taken, my aunties started giving me kisses and I was so excited that I spit up! I'm pretty sure they thought it was cute though - you should have seen it. I miss you guys.

Great Grandma Vargo sure is a pretty lady isn't she? When I'm a little bigger I'll probably pull on her nice necklaces like mom used to do. I'd better be careful and not pull her hair though because mom says it hurts when I do that. In the second picture I'm smiling at grandpa Vargo - he makes lots of funny faces! He & grandma Vargo bought me my first stock...I'm a Disney shareholder. Neato! I'm also doing so well with holding my head up when I'm on my tummy. As you can see, I'm also not camera shy.

Well, Grandma G left this morning. I miss her! We had so much fun, and had a very busy week. She made sure I did all my tummy time, went for walks, and took some good naps.

Yesterday mom & dad took me to get a family portrait taken. I was too cute in my diaper. Then we did some of just me and made mom cry because I was definitely baby model material. Afterwards Andrea came over and she and mom made these panda cupcakes. Dad has eaten most of them.

This is my last week at home with dad because I start at Rainbows next week. I'm very excited to meet all my new friends and play with all the toys. Have a happy Sunday!

Sorry it has been so long since I have written, I have been
very busy lately. I just returned from a trip to Indiana where I met a lot of my family and was Baptized. It was a very special trip for me.

The car ride was very long, but I wouldn't know it because I slept whenever the car was in motion! It was about 1800 miles altogether, so it was certainly a two day trip both ways. Dad drove the entire time because he doesn't care too much for mom's driving skills...although she disagrees. I saw Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana. Kansas and Missouri were great, but Illinois and Indiana sure had some huge potholes. At least that's what dad kept saying.

On my trip, I met my Great Grandma Vargo, PaPaw Goins, Aunt Emily and Uncle Brian for the first time. Although I was passed around like a hot potato, I really enjoyed all the hugs and kisses!

I'll post more pictures later, but I'm busy enjoying time with Grandma Goins. She is heading back to Indiana tomorrow, so I need to get me some Grandma time now!

My photo shoot went rather well for about 30 minutes, and then the hysterics began. The ladies were very nice about it and invited me back tomorrow for another session. How is that for customer service?! I had quite a bit of fun as dad tried to get me to smile - he makes goofy faces and sounds. I'll be happy to share the pictures when they come back in a couple of weeks. Hopefully the one in the monkey hat comes out ok!

Last night I experienced something new...a tornado siren! It had been lightning outside for a couple of hours, when we heard the dreaded siren go off. Apparently there was a tornado in a town about 30 miles south of us, and it was headed our way! Mom can't handle that type of stuff too well, but luckily Auntie Andrea and dad were there to calm her. You should have seen my eyes when it went off though - scary stuff. Everything turned out ok though. I guess I'll have to get used to it living in KS, but I didn't expect it in March. I suppose that 70 degree weather comes with a price.
I'm really excited for tomorrow because I'm having my 3 month pictures taken. I have two new outfits, one GQ and one sporty. Hopefully I'm in a good mood, unlike my 1 month pictures. Ooh I don't want to go through that again!
Have a happy Sunday everyone!

I'm going to say a bad word - COLIC! I have become very familiar with the concept, as I screamed for 5 hours today...and the day before, etc. I tuckered myself and my dad out. This picture was taken before it all began. Mom came home for lunch, and we went for a short walk to enjoy the 77 degrees and plentiful sunshine. I enjoyed myself! This crying thing is something new, which I hope passes soon.

This is the face of....A GAMBLER! I played BUNCO tonight with the ladies...and one dude. It's a dice game, and we had so much fun that we are going to play once a month now! Mommy might have to leave me at home though because it gets a little crazy and its hard for me to concentrate on the ceiling fan.

There is nothing like a good set of flannel sheets for nap time. Last night I went to see my bff Ethan again, but it turns out that he was very sleepy. So, I guess we will hold off on our discussions until next time. This week will be very exciting for me. We are going to visit two day care facilities for August enrollment, and I'm going to play BUNCO with my mommy. I've never played before, but I hear it's pretty easy to catch on. It's a two dollar buy in, so I'll have to hit mom up for some cash. It's never to early to start!
